Knowing you, you want NG to be a whole lot better. But it's great that you are doing this.
This and many other guides you've done has helped me get better at voting and stuff.

Good job

It's actually pretty good, all it needs is weapons, but to back uo the lack you had a button that let's you change rooms. You're the first person I know who made a Madness Creator which had a room choose button.

Overall, nice job. And it's awesome you had sprites for Hank and Tricky.
